By placing an order with Simply crafted by kt, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Payments

• Full payment or the agreed deposit must be received before any design work or production begins.

• No order will be scheduled for production until payment has been received.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, however confirmed orders will remain at the agreed price.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing all wording, names, dates, addresses, guest information, and any other details required to complete the order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information supplied is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for chasing customers for missing information. If required information is not provided within the requested timeframe, production and delivery dates may be affected.

Should delays in providing information result in insufficient time to complete the order, we reserve the right to cancel or decline the order. Refunds in such circumstances will be subject to our Refund Policy.

Design Proofs & Approval

Digital proofs will be provided for customer review before printing.

Customers must carefully check all proofs for:

• Spelling

• Grammar

• Dates

• Times

• Addresses

• RSVP details

• Guest names

• Any other information included within the design

Approval of a proof confirms that all details are correct and authorises production to begin.

Once a proof has been approved and sent to print, the customer accepts full responsibility for any errors that remain.

Changes After Approval

Any amendments requested after final approval has been given may incur additional charges.

If an order has already entered production or has been printed, all costs associated with reprinting, redesigning, or replacing items will be the responsibility of the customer.

Colour Variations

Colours may vary slightly between digital screens and printed products due to differences in monitors, printers, materials, and lighting conditions.

Minor colour variations will not be considered a fault.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidance only.

Production times may vary depending on workload, order size, customer response times, and material availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by late approval of proofs or failure to provide required information.

Personalised Products

As products are custom-made and personalised specifically for each customer, orders cannot usually be cancelled once design work has commenced.

Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the postal or courier service.

We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, adverse weather, industrial action, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the products purchased.

We shall not be liable for any indirect losses, consequential losses, event cancellations, venue costs, or other expenses arising from delays, customer errors, or circumstances outside our control.
